Going up in Prop???

Still toying with the idea of uping the pitch on my prop for a little more top end, I running out of rpm at 5300 rmp 500efi, with a 25 Hydro IV 74mph, Thinking of 26 or 27, been told that 1 up in pitch will drop rpms 200, what do you guys think go for a 27, or play it safe with a 26??
