O.T.- Inversion Table
Probably too late to ask, because I already ordered one. But, does anybody have an inversion table. Or ever tried one?
My neck has been killing me lately and I don't feel like going to the chiropractor everyday again so, I decided to try one of these.
Just wondering if I may have wasted my money, since I've never even tried one out
The thought of hanging upside-down stretching my spinal cord sounds awesome right about now!!

Tracy,
I used to use inversion boots and hang from a pipe mounted in a door jamb. It kept me from going to the chiropopper. I plan on getting an inversion table one of these days, a friend of mine has one and swears by it. A chiropractor I use from time to time uses one and said if he told his patients about them he would be out of business.
