What happened to ya last Saturday????Waited at West Basin till 2:00,then Maria and I went out on the lake for a while,kept checking cell phone while we were out.....

He called me last night and said he was going out today around noon. I think he was going to call you. I was going to go up but after I talked to him I opened my mail and found my insurance bill for the boat. I think I'll stay at work.

Sorry Steve, I did leave a message on your cell phone...or at least I thought I did. We were still working on my boat and kept running into minor problems that needed attention that could have otherwise turned into a negative situation. The minor stuff needed a few nickle and dime parts, but still necessary. I do apologize. I am going to try and make it down today again, but don't hold your breath. I have drained the oil from the engines and need to refill them, load some equipment back into the boat, fill with gas and I should be ready to go. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. If every thing goes well and the waters are relatively calm I will probably be anchored off the beach down by Grand Mere or Warren Dunes.
Again, I apologize and hope I didn't ruin any boating time for you too badly or make you worry.

No problem,Maria still got her fill of time on the lake....
Friday the lake was pretty rough,and I scared the crap out of her a couple times....Just wondering what had happened,good to hear it was nothing major....If you're down this way and need a place to crash,just holler....Not sure at this time what my plans are for the weekend.....

As long as you have gas in the Cig.get it on the lake,before you know it the lakes gonna be a big icecube again

Gas is definitely not the problem. Starboard motor without heads on it is the problem. 30 minutes run time so far this year. I'm not a happy boater right now. Ask kamma what kind of mood I was in when he called last night.
We are still going to have to get are wifes together so they can take some swimming lessons. At least I haven't had any problems with Betty pulling the bar out of the dash this year like she did at LOTO last year. WOW what a ride. I didn't know cruisers could make waves that big.
