loto=lake of the ozarks
condo=condominium

Frequency 07-27-2003 06:34 PM

LOTO means Lake Of The Ozarks. Probably my favorite Lake, the ULTIMATE party lake! :D

Von Bongo 07-27-2003 06:36 PM

LOTO = Lake of the Ozarks

Condo = Appartment style housing but has a deed like a house for each individual unit plus an interest in commoon areas. Usually has monthly or semi annual dues for up keep of the property.

OBNOXUS21 07-27-2003 06:37 PM

Yeah, my boat is sitting at the marina (AGAIN) with the engine out waiting for the cam to get in, so I can go boating............I hope. Should most likely be down this coming weekend, unless this loan deal goes through on a Powerplay and then I will be heading to New York :)

Congrats on the new purchase!!! Will you be down next weekend? We plan on staying there, so we will have to meet up. Talk at ya later.

timucin 07-27-2003 06:37 PM

thnx for help;
how big is that lake?

OBNOXUS21 07-27-2003 06:39 PM

How about that launch ramp there? I put my 21' in and take out there. First time wasn't much fun AT ALL ;)

But then I figured and easier way and made things, well.........much easier!!!

When we all ended up moving south we brought in some partners and built the condo project.

End of lake rd 5-35.:D

WOW Too Old , that is some prime realstate. ive never seen a better view on the lake. not saying there isnt better. just havent seen it.

OB21 yesssss the ramp is VERY steap. ill be using the one at the marina around the corner. but the good thing is i wont be using a ramp much at ALL...........I HOPE!

Steve_H 07-27-2003 09:00 PM

Too Old , do you know Eddy Pue?
he is the realtor we went through and he also said he was one of the original developers.

BLee 07-28-2003 09:39 AM

I have a question. What happened to that marina that is next to Horny Toad. It is the one that is half submerged in the water. All of the dock fingers are straight up in the air. Looks like snow damage. Is it just abandoned?

jawbreakerkid 07-28-2003 09:47 AM

congratulations on the purchase! when are we having the house warming party???

the other boat you saw was Tbone. we were out in our cigs looking for victims!

That was the Barge it sank the day it sold if I remember correctly.

I heard this weekend that the Barge which had been close was sold and was scheduled to close in three days.

Klotzies was by Tan~Tara behind the island (where the rack storage is). They had great Burgers and a gas dock. I think it was the first place on the lake that had nothing but bikini clad hotties working there.
