Rob- hey, it was nice to see ya again too! the wind in the cove was a beotch!!! as you could see, our hall pass ran out that evening. oh well....when the cat comes home the mice stop playing!!!

Too Old- the only thing better than a Top Gun at LOTO is 2 Top Guns at LOTO!!!! :D

LOL. I think we are still planning to be there for the Shootout. I have recovered well from the last LOTO outing, finally. :D

Where do you guys watch the Shootout from?

We usually tie up right on the front row towards the middle / end of the course. However we are always up for new ideas..??? We could also probably watch in comfort from JBK's condo, but you would probably need some binocs...

Anyone ever watched it from the bluffs? I did in 2001 and it was an incredible view. You could almost spit on the boats as they flew past you. At the time 'Bacardi' was 'Budwieser' and the rooster tail was up to our feet and noise was AWESOME. If you don't have a boat this is THE place to watch it. Right off MM.

Last year I was tied up next to FunHome in the front row @ 3/4 way down. With the slow rollers Sat. we had an outstanding view of the 'kittens' doing some pretty hairy runs.
