This is where IE keeps all those dumb ass mini programs it loads such as skins, flash players and yes your toolbar.
Just look for it in their and delete it.
Gone.

I have a similar issue on my computer, but not as bad it sounds like. I have run ad-ware a few times. It is a separate window that opens up once and awhile, with no specific things that opens it. its a "save now" ad. I run pop-up stopper and it STILL opens. When I run ad-ware it finds 4 things in my registry, I delete them and yet like was stated before they keep comming back. Is this the same thing that is happening to me as well?

Few things you can do....
1. Make sure your ad-aware definitions are up to date.
2. Try downloading and running Spybot Search and Destroy. Spybot sometimes catches things that Ad-Aware misses, and vice-versa.
3. Quit visiting crappy porn sites!
