Great job!

Thanks for the nice comments on my project !
The boat is running great but a little slow compared to last year. I changed the drives from 1 - 1.5 to 1 - 1.62 and put on bigger props. That move cost me 6 MPH on the top speed.

I see your from Denmark, what`s the price of fuel over there? and do you still have leaded? Octane?

Have fun with it!

No more leaded here they use some kind of additive but it works. We have 92,95 and 98 octane it is the same octane as you have the just use different numbers for the octane. Price is 4,50 $ pr. gallon !

Have no clue about the boating environment in Denmark (other then ya got a lot of water), do you have a lot of other performance boats around??

Troutly,

It is a sad story. We have a lot of water but most of the boats are sail boats. Very few performance boats and they are spread out over the whole contry.

Real nice job. The engines are beautiful. $ 4.50 per gallon for gas, AAAAHHHHHHH. I ***** like hell when it goes up a dime to $ 1.77 per gallon. I can't imagine having to spend that for gas. No wonder so many people have totally cracked under the pressure and gone to "blowbotes". A fate worse than death.

Keep the drives and the women just need more HP. Strap some blowers on them bad boys. Very nice work and the boat looks great! How many offshore performance boats are in your area. Cost me a couple weeks wages to fill that thing with fuel. :D

I have considered going the blower route but I like the fact that my engines are reliable then again I love the look of the blowers but they burn more fuel with blowers then again the boat will run faster. We will have to see what the feature brings :D

As for boats in my area : 34 Scarab, 35 Cafe, Baja 370 Force, Baja 29 Outlaw, Baja 290, Scarab 29, Scarab 28, Scarab 26, 42 Revolution(project) and a few others
It seems that there are more coming but it is a slow process.
