There is NO paint manufacturer that will warrantee thier product under the water line. So I guess anything that you do is a crap shoot. You may get lucky you may not. If you plan on leaving your boat in for a max of say a week I would think you would be fine with any of them. Any more then that and it is just a crap shoot. I know a lot of people that have done it and their stuff is fine but I also know a lot of guys that have done it and their once sweet boats now look like acne. :(

Mine is Imron....I leave it in for 2-4 days at a time...so far no problems

We have used ICI paint two part.& have never had a problem with doing it used it on mine when i damaged it on the rock's after running aground haven't had any problem's in a yr..
