Sorry it took me some time to get back with the info. In regards to Sunrise Suites I spoke to Roger the manager and he has agreed to offer an OSO rate of 1200.00 for the week. The the rate includes my 10% booking discount but the good news is that rate applies for all OSO members for all 48 units. I will however throw in a case of Corona (sp) or ~ should anyone use my unit for that week. I am heading down tomorrow for a little R&R and will pick up some flyer's for whoever might be interested. Just email your address and I will have it mailed to you when I get back on Tuesday. Roger also mentioned they can accommodate boats on trailers up to 24' which may be of interest to some. Although I get down for short throughout the year, race week is my favorite week in KW. I'm getting jazzed just typing about it.

The Galleon is probably the coolest on the water with all the docks full of performance boats and yachts. The Pier house is very nice as well. So is the Ocean Key House and The Hilton. the rooms on Sunset Key are VERY cool too. All these are right down town area.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I've already tried a handful of hotels and they're already booked. It looks like this is going to be another big event.

It was great seeing some of you this past weekend in Milwaukee. What a great venue for a race.

If you call the Casa Marina Wyndam they still have rooms open but No boat ramps Just a private beach and a great view with nice cold drinks at an outside bar

Best place on Key west But it's a 10 min walk to Duval street or a $5 cab ride But well worth it trust me Been there 10 times plus
