Love them or hate them....you have to admit , no two people have tried to do more for themselves than anyone else in the history of the sport.

Slid downhill? I can only assume you weren't in Milwaukee, because that certainly didn't seem like a product that has "slid downhill" from anywhere. The race was awesome and everyone I talked to couldn't say enough good things about it. The SuperCat start was unsbelievable, those boats coming around Turn 1 was simply awesome and one of the most impressive offshore racing sights I have ever seen. I was sorry that Cleveland wasn't on this years schedule, which was another awesome race site, but the addition of Milwaukee more than makes up for it.

I didn't think Reggie Jr's boat would be APBA legal for anything but P class ... isn't it an F2 boat with canopies (which isn't allowed in APBA)?

Just a thought
I haven't heard the latest on this (I was surprised the Mercury truck was in the pits at Milwaukee), but Mercury sent out a letter in June stating they had ended their contractual relationship with APBA Offshore LLC because of the way the GM Vortec deal was handled.

I wasn't debating whether or not Mercury had any relationship with Fountain, my point was since Mercury just ended their contractual relationship with APBA Offshore LLC, I don't see why they would be encouraging Fountain to expand their relationship with APBA Offshore LLC ...

Because winning race boats and winning motors sell offshore boats. Doesn't mean you have to sponsor the series.

It was just a thought that I had looking at the picture. For all I know it is another of Nort's Photoshop specials.
