A few friends and I are planning to journey up the Big Muddy from Louisville to Cincy on Saturday. Anything going on up there Saturday? Will any of you guys be out? We should arrive around 3-4 PM or so and we are going to stay the night. There should be about 5 other boats with me. Hopefully it won't rain...

It is so-so down here. Not great but maybe it will get better before the w/e.

Anything going on up there this w/e?

I dont think there is anything this weekend....
We are the same on the "so-so" for the river..it depends on how many of these storms hit us !!
If it is nice there should be alot of us out....Alot of pent-up boating after this crappy year !!

Watch the DMZ downtown. Last weekend with light traffic they were stopping and inspecting every boat. The river wasn't that bad but there were very few boats.

I couldn't agree more. This year has been terrible for the Ohio River. One of the worst I can remember... I've been going to the lake a lot this year. I will look for you. What does your boat look like? If you see us, flag us down. There will be my Slingshot, a black Velocity, two Scarabs, a Pachanga, and a Fountain. We will be running together.

I'm helping a friend break in the Bmax drives on his new 38 sonic sat afternoon probably be at the waterfront late afternoon. It's kinda hard to miss.

Sorry to say I will be up North in Michingan. If the weather is lousy, I will come home, but for now I will be there thru Sat night.

Sounds like a great time, sorry to miss it. If I am out look for a 24 Outlaw with race decals and a P5-48 on the side.

Sounds like y'all are bringing some hardware. The weather report looks great, beleive it or not.

I would assume khadley (White and black 33 Daytona) and Wendel (31 Awesome Cat) and that crew should be out. Maybe JDNCA1 (Red and white 28 Daytona) as well. If you see them, say hi!

Hope you guys have a good trip. We went from Marietta, OH to Toronto, OH last Saturday. This is what we saw when they opened up the lock doors at Hannibal on the way back Sunday. No way out and we had to get home. We should of had the V-bottom go first.

That looks awful... Do you guys think it will be in better shape this w/e? The river is actually starting to look pretty good down here and we haven't had much rain this week.

Forecast looks good 90's and hot...river is dropping 29.1 and heading down. I would think there will be a lot of fuel being expunged this weekend!

Let's hope so. Looks like we will be out at Brookville as well on Saturday.

I just received a little bad news. From what I understand the main lock is down and they are passing the barges through the smaller lock. They said we have a 50/50 chance of getting through tomorrow... We're going to try. If you guys don't see us, you'll know what the problem was.

A4 I wouldn't go to Erie because of the blackout. I heard the island are out of power and running low on water.

We lost power in Coldwater Mi last night for awhile....

Stormy today, that is why I am on the computer.

May head home for the weekend if it looks like everyone willbe out. If nothing esle, head home Sun morning and play Sunday afternoon and eve on the river.

Keep me posted by this thread if you guys are all gonna be out on Sat and Sun.
