We are in Michigan so we can have that weather every 15-20 minutes. I have crossed lake MI in April (100 mi) in a complete snowmobile suit with helmut and it was just like being inside.

Originally posted by Baja Daze Used to be a fair weather boater only. These days, I'll take anything I can get. Nonetheless, I hate lightning. I will avoid thunderstorms anytime. Surprised to hear you say that. I figure folks in Florida with a 12 month boating season can be a bit more selective about when they go out. When it reaches October where I live, you have to settle for less than perfect weather cause you know the end is near. When folks like you in Florida have nasty weather in October you can just sit back and wait for nice weather in November – or December, etc.!! |
As a US POSTAL WORKER :p I have done it all

Then to add insult to injury, it rains on Sundays and is nice all week. :( You're right, though. The summer brings the warm moist tropical weather which means rain...September through March is awesome, though! :D  |
