It leaves right outside of Highport at 10:00am. They usually go north but they kind of keep that hush hush until the drivers meeting. Here is a map of the area. If they do go north a good place to watch them come by at high speeds is Preston Point. They will make a turn there and usually go to Grandpappy or Eisenhower.
