I've never had a problem receiving anything from OSO. Very prompt in my experience.

Tell the real story. Your order was sent and you think the people in your country kept it according to you. We sent it again recently but remember it will probably take weeks to get.

As for the others, we do the best we can but we do sometimes make mistakes.

You know as the old saying goes; You can please all of the people some of the time and you can please some of the people all of the time, but you cant please all of the people all of the time. :):):)

With 11,000+ members and 1 or 2 people working the office most of the time it can probably get a little hectic I would think.
