RMRC's National Boater Panel
I received an email about a week ago because I'm a boat us member about this panel at MSU. Has anyone else signed up to fill out these surveys? I don't know if it will accomplish anything but maybe we can can have a say in some future boating policies.
Here's the first paragraph on their web page as well as the link to it.
"The Recreational Marine Research Center (at Michigan State University) is in the process of forming a National Panel of Recreational Boaters who would be willing from time-to-time to complete short on-line surveys on topics including: your opinions related to boating facilities and services, participation rates, angling from boats, boat and boating equipment purchases and sales, perspectives on proposed policies (e.g., fee changes). Participating as a panel member will provide you a unique opportunity for your viewpoints and needs to be reflected in industry decisions, and federal and state boating policy decisions."
