I have an Olympus and its great.
You have to get over 3Megapixels.
OFOTO makes developing a snap.
They are kinda slow to take a picture compared to my SLR.

Don't buy a digital camera....it will be obsolete in 6 months. Everybody is going back to regular film within a year. :D :D :D :D

We have an Olympus C-50 5 megapixel. I don't know if they've dropped in price, but this camera is unreal. You can take a picture and have a shop create a life size that looks perfect!!

I agree, my digitals are already obsolete and I am back to my SRL, it takes much better pics and now I get everything put on a CD (for $2.00) when the film is developed.

I've been digital since 97 I'll never will go back
spent a lot of cash in the begining.
Stay away from digital zoom get at least a 8x or better Optical Zoom. a big quality lens is a must.
Olympus or Nikon for semi pro models
under 1100.00 Printing pictures at home will not
produce a print that last anywhere as long a a real
photo's. Good new is more places can print you digital photos now, and they are on the same paper and last as long as real photo's
