Does anyone at Fountain return calls

Man!!!!!!!!!! Ive had a situation with my boat & need
a complete new cabin interior including headliner.
Nobody in our dunk area will do it. Called Pier 57,
(nice guys) they told me Fountain was the place to go.
10 phone calls & messages later, NOTHING,no call
back,no price,nothing. I was told Steve Harrelson
is the only one who can help me. I find it hard to
believe a company as big as Fountain only has 1
guy who can give me this info. I need the estimate
for insurance to get the claim complete. Makes me
think twice about buying a new one next year!!!!

Get a C-gar.
I sympathize.
Hope it works out for you.

Thats the standard of the marine business.

I did get a call from Steve Harrelson. My question was simple though, Center of gravity. I had to leave a couple of voice mails first But he did call back.

Nice way to treat your customers. I spent $15,000 on
appliances and they fall all over me when theres a problem. You spend $120,000 on a boat & they act
like your $hit. No wonder all these place go belly up,
every other year!!!!!!!!!!

Try Gail in customer service @ 252-975-1132
She returned my calls fairly quickly

Budah, I was told Fountain has a complete refurbish
shop. Talked to Gail, and she said that they do this
work, told me it is aprox $12,000 but only Steve can
give me a quote. Thats when I started calling & leaving
message after message. Hey I certainly know that
people get busy,I get bombarded every day, but I
always call my customers back the same day. Thats
why I still have customers. You can only blow people
off for so long & they make a change. Maybe thats
why Fountains going to be Brunswick soon. Maybe
when people spend big money for a luxury they just
want a little service, and believe me I dont expect alot.

Too Old, you crack me up :D, I never got the owner at a BK to kiss any ass, but I did bang the girl who was washing the tables in the bathroom one nite, Have it your way, Have it your way.

And while I'm on the Fountain subject, why can't
you get any parts out of them. At the extremely
high prices, you'd think it would be a substantial
profit center for their business. Every Fountain
dealer I call for parts says "good luck", you
might see it in 3 months. What a way to run a company.
Maybe Reggie should move over & let a car company
executive put some modern systems in place to
address all these issues. We can get almost any part for a car overnight, for hundreds of makes, models
and years, but it takes fountain 3 months to deliver
a carpet that has been the same for 15 years!!!!!!
