I remember we built one that went overseas.
"For Your Eyes Only" and the hull # was 007

thespy 08-22-2003 05:15 PM

PTM Express

sean stinson 08-24-2003 02:59 PM

Ok I am a bit off here but here it goes

#1 Yellow w/ blue lightning bolts Benny's old race boat.
#2 ??? PTM Express now Red, White, & Blue Penthouse
#3 Cardiac Arrest now Medicine Man
#4 Little Caesar's
#5 INXS or Vice Versa w/ above
#6 RDS Special then Kid Apache Kid now Pleasure Twin
#7 For Your Eyes Only

I think that is the correct order there, from here I dont know how they fell.

#8 Tweet Revenge now Paleface
#9 Kemosabe
#10 Broken Arrow
#11 War Party II & you are correct it was from Houston
#12 Running Brave
#13 The Dealer
#14 Hogg Wild now Quick Tempered
#15 King of Spain used to belong to TBonepimp's family
#16 Firewater I believe there was one each 41 & 47
#17 I know there are or were a couple in The Med
#18 See #17
#19 Ok I'll get back to you later brain lock-up.

sean stinson 08-24-2003 03:01 PM

Also I think 1 burned up besides War Party II that makes #19

Oh ****

#20 Apache Heritage

sean stinson 08-24-2003 03:08 PM

Also I think that Benny had a diesel powered 47 for the "World Famous Winner Take All" Miami - New York race which would put that #2 instead fo PTM bringing it up to #21.

sean stinson 08-24-2003 03:11 PM

I am not sure which 47 it was that McManus redid for the Ft Lauderdale show called Fighter 1 or something to that effect possibly raising it to #22

SLINGSHOT 08-24-2003 09:20 PM

patriot

The 47 burned and the 41 I believe is or was for sale
and I thought there was 1 or in Europe...

If the one you're talking about is the one that Bobby & Benny raced that would have been #1 the yellow w/ blue lightning bolts on it and is located in Joisey (Hey DaveP) also I am almost willing to bet money that #2 was the one they tried to run in the infamous race Miami - New York which had Benny, Copeland, Gentry, Morales and somebody else. I included the 45 Apache Kid because it came out of the 47 mold. The only existing War Party is the 41 and it belongs to Ike in PA.

Sling that's the one "Patriot" it was at the Lauderdale show MM's booth @ The DoubleTree. I don't know which one that used to be.

Don't crucify me if it's not 100% but I am pretty sure it's 90+% right.:D :p

sean stinson 08-25-2003 03:33 AM

Hey Cash
I heard you guys had a pretty good run this weekend!!! Congrats

Sean

PML 08-25-2003 05:23 AM

The Boat Ben used in the Miami NY run was HIGH DECK - not the 47 race boat - cant remember the length - it was Sandy Satulo -(sp) that was the other person - Copper Kettle-fame - of the early 1970s - we filmed that event -

Phil

SLINGSHOT 08-25-2003 07:38 AM

there was fighter squadron and patriot both redone 47's not the same boat

Airpacker 08-25-2003 08:34 AM

I thought apache heritage was a canopied 50?

sean stinson 08-25-2003 10:48 PM

Fighter Squadron was a 41 that is now Tonto and owned by Tonto.

PML you are absolutely correct I thought that the just put a different deck on the 47 hull but I wasn't sure. Thank you for the update. I am guessing you are Phil of NNRT fame. I hear your library was/is very extensive I would love to have some of your stuff. I've seen it but would like to put it in a library of stuff just to have.

Sean

hp500efi 08-26-2003 05:46 AM

Wasn't there a 41 named HONCHO

PML 08-26-2003 06:36 AM

Sean -

Contact T2x - he and Darren are the proud owners of the NNRT library - am sure they are working on many things that you and others will enjoy -

I gave my brother the Still Library - as Most of it he took - I know he wants to sell it - should anyone be interested in Photos from the 70s, 80s and early 90s.

you can contact me privately at : [email protected]

Phil

sean stinson 08-26-2003 07:45 PM

Thanks Phil

Yes there was a 41 named Honcho used to belong to Jon & Doug Peters from the Phoenix area then a liquor distributor guy bought and redid it and died just before finishing it....Now a gentleman form out west has it.

Sean

WRedmann 09-03-2003 08:55 AM
