Email Notifications?

I'm not getting any E-mail notifications from OSO on threads I reply to yet I looked and it is checked off that I should be getting them ??:confused:

such as this one I wll not see if anyone replys.

I have noticed that if you quick reply you don't get the e-mail notifications... but if you actually post reply you will get them...
