Looks Like Dennis Rodman did it again

Just saw on the news that Dennis got arrested for OUI last night in Newport. The officer said that he was so drunk he was falling down while trying to untie his boat. I like him as a self promoter and he was a killer hoops player but damn why does he have to do STUPID crap like this. Not like he can not afford a cab or limo!!!!
