a friend needs a 21 skater, will use as a race boat.
-price is an issue
-condition is not important (actually poor is better )
-without engine

Apache21 on the board has a 21 Skater now. No power, great condition. I don't have his current phone #. He's a good buddy of mine. Try PMing him or I will try to get in touch.
