"Was there a woman involved?" Chinatown, Faye Dunaway to Jack Nicholson in bed. Also the best sax soundtrack in movies.
"Run...you fools!" Gandalf in Lord of the Rings.
"Fight! You never backed away from anything in your life you *****! Now... FIGHT!!". Ed Harris in The Abyss, attempting to revive his ex-wife who volunteers to drown so that he can swim them both back to the rig and ... I guess you have to see it.
