Do Cigarette's come with an owners manual?

My buddy got a 2000 gun and has some questions about what does what. I'm sure we can trace things and figuere it out on our own but a manual might show you things you otherwise wouldn't know about.

Now that I know they come with manuals, I'll call the factory on Monday and see if they have a new copy for a 2000.
