small C-gar boat leaving PIB yesterday?
I saw a smaller (24ft. ish) Cigarette leaving PIB yesterday afternoon, it sisnt look like any other Cig I have ever seen, it had a raised bubble like shape in the deck in front of the cockpit. Does anyone have an idea of what type of Cig this could be?
