Magazines--- Keep 'em or toss 'em ???
 

I moved a month ago and ever since my wife has been saying "get rid of your old magazines--Why are you keeping them???" I'm not sure so let's find out the general consensus.

If the pages are stickin together.......light a fire. :D :D

Get rid of it.

It's clutter.

What else would I use to hide my Playboys in????

Give them tto your Doctors office and throw out their copies of Better Homes.

I only keep my Powerboat, but I've got every one since 89'.

keep em all. I have magazines from when I was 5 years old.

The only mags I've kept are the Powerboats that I was in. All the others are in the trash within 4 days.

WHAT!!!!! Throw out my mags never. If anyone needs a copy of Powerboat, Poker Runs or Lakeland Boating to read I can help you out but I want it back within five business days,:D

Anyone remember MAD Magazine? I have probably 50 issues throughout the years, dating back to around 1984. Most in good shape still!

Heck I read them all before you people even get em! :D

If they don't contain nudity or such donate them to the local school- they could really use them in the classrooms for projects and such....

I keep Powerboat and Poker Runs and a couple of others. The rest I just cut out the articles I want and throw out the rest.

I have about 3 years worth of Powerboat, Playboy, and Boat-US mags piled like 3 feet high on the back of the toilet.

I guess you can say I keep 'em.
The wife hates it, oh well. It's my contribution to interior decorating.

Man found with pants around his ankles on bathroom floor, with broken neck surrounded by porno and boat magazines. Investigators are still un-clear as to the nature of this accident, rumors are swirling the man was masterbating but to what ? the babes or that new 47 O.L. :p :p :D :D

I'm glad I keep mine. That trait came in handy today. I met a girl who is very cute. She was talking about boats and how she grew up on LI and knows some powerboat racers who are friends with her dad. Turns out I've got articles on the all the people she mentioned. She's coming over for some reading and relaxing later this week... :D You never know where these things lead!

Just don't tell her husband! Doh! :eek:

I keep all of my magazines, mainly Powerboat since 1988 and also includes Hotboat, Poker Runs America, Boating, Power & Moteryacht, Motorboating & Sailing, Yachting and now, Extreme Boats. As well as many others. Hell, it will take me that long to read them all.

I love performance boats, but enjoy others as well. You might say, If it floats and has a motor, I LOVE it!

I am always going back to old issues looking for stuff, so I am glad I have kept them all. Besides, in about 30 yrs from now, I can recoupe my money back by selling them on Ebay for double the newstand price. :D

The extra cash will come in handy when my Social Security runs out and my Medicaid kicks in. ;) :D

sometimes in the winter I'll pull out some old mags from a few yrs back and check them out.....its like a "new" mag!.........doug

I give them to people that are too dang tight to buy them!

Keep them all. And I get about 8 magazines a month. :O

I keep them all. I have a stack 5 feet tall in my room.

I keep most, but i get so many now ,some of the not important ones i give to my buddies.

I keep them, it always seems that I want to look up something in the back issues from a year or two ago. You know something that is faint in the memory, but interests you now.
