Donzi / Daytona lawsuit

A while back someone posted that the Daytona Speedway claimed all rights to the name Daytona and they were sueing Donzi for using the name for one of their boat models. The Donzi Daytona.

What ever became of this lawsuit? Hopefully the judge threw it out.

Eliminator Boats also markets a model "the Daytona", their cat boats. Have for what, 15 years or so?
