OSO laywers??

Help!!! I need a 2nd opinion.. I have alittle delema that could result in my losing my boat due to something that isn't my fault:mad: I have been told several differant things and need some guidance.. if there are any laywers that could offer me 5 minutes of advice I would appriciate it greatly..
