NODDA DAMN THING!!!! On a post that was deleted there was mention of a prize for the first boat to the first stop, but there was no such award. The at the awards the gave an award to the King of V's and the King Cat but they gave that to the guy in No Fear even though we beat him to the first stop????

Ryan ....Let me try to put this to rest before it gets out of hand ...

The little tags for King of the run were made and presented by me....

As my ride for this run was 1.5 hours late to the dock I was not there at the first stop to see who got there first ...I fully intended on being there to see the winners first hand

On the night of the party...I had to rely on the crowd to give me that info

I asked a half dozen people who the first cat and the first vee to the stop were..

I got the same answer from everybody

They all said Reggie in the vee and Dee in his cat

Thats who got the tags

It was my mistake pure and simple

At the end of the night someone came up to me and said ...I think these guys were to the stop first .....Fountain had already gone and the tag went with him...

I apologize for the mistake and when I return to work from vacation next week I will make you guys a King of the run tag and mail it to you
PM me your address

Again It was my fault... and I am sorry you were not recognized........

Jbb...

Psttt lets put this to Rest.. let me refraze that statement that was posted on the very 1st post here. I had Nothing to do with who got what. But your 1st post indicated you covered the whole field.. when we let you pull along of of us you were doing 90 on my gps. in my caculations 90 or even 105 doesn't beat 120mph + just al little reminder to all who wasn't up front.. & i'm sure you can ask them, The canopy Fountain & JokersWild, when it came to full throttle who "blew" by them.. The were 2nd & 3rd fastest at that time.and remained as far as i know. All i'll say about it.. over done.. But if you would like to have the Tag I'll be Happy to Mail it to you..leave me a addy. No Arguement outta me. "Speed "didn't get you there 1st your Knowledge of the course did. BTW You do have a awesome boat & i wish you well in the future with it Racing. BTW That Nor-Tech wasn't up to Par & Ask around Neather was my boat we'd put on a Great show i'm sure had we both been Race Ready.
