When you agency opened up the investigation they allready posted your boat across the world in some fax mechanism they use to find stolen boats.

Post some pics and i will forward it around here on the west coast. It will be found, trust me.

Greg
When I had my Formula insured with State Farm and kept it in Ft. Lauderdale for the winter all I had to do was tell my agent where it was and every thing was OK. Maybe my agent was a little better since I grew up in the same neighborhood with him and him and he actually tried to insure the 47 when I bought it, but unsuccessfull. That's when I shoped around and I found Risk Taker at Blackadar Marine Insurance and have been with him ever since on the hot rod stuff. Every time someone brings up one of these groofy insurance questions about things being covered, I call him and he tells me, I'm covered. It DOES matter who you get your insurance from. Have fun in Lauderdale and call me when you get back if you want to look at the Cigarette.

I just inquired as to this with state farm because I was thinking of leaving it in storage in Florida (I live in Ilinois). They stated it would be covered as long as I gave them info for the storage facility. I would gues that having it in storage would be in someone elses control so I will double check before she goes to bed for the winter.

No problem.... Just let me know what the HIN is and I will get that posted up there as well...

If you need me to add anything else to it in the future, don't hesitate to ask.

With the word out, you should be able to get your boat back...

CashBar,

First of all let me say that insurance companies test your patience and endurance, I know from past experience. Insurance companies DO NOT like court rooms, any form of litigation will most definetly get their attention, be relentless, it will pay off. I would also notify the Manufacturer of Engines with serial No. as well as all parts that have serial No. Who was the dealer? If you list the name perhaps someone knows whereabouts of boat or who had seen it last, and I would find out all boat transporters in that area, it's possible that not knowingly assisted in the theft of about, try to remember all of your conversations in the past, something you may not realize he said could tip you off to whereabouts.

Good Luck
