i foudna foam rubebr suplier here on LI. They make those foam hands and hats they sell at sporting events!
just wenther eand checked otu afew densities and they can cutu it howver thick i wanted. Dont remeber the name but i knw how to get there |

You definitely want mildew resistant foam. They make one that the water goes right threw and out the bottom. It is not as comfortable as a high resilience foam but should last long. Mildew is the killer of vinyl. The mildew starts on the inside.

I'm an upholsterer and cover man professionally. I use a supplier called matthew Hinsman for poly foam Hard high density for sundecks and medium for seat cushions and backs. If you are close to mo. let me take a look at it and see if I can earn your business. I'm located at LOTO
