Were to stay in Fort Lauderdale 4 boat races

There are some cheap flights out of Charlotte for this weekend . We are thinking about comming down for the races. Were will be the best place to stay.

Anybody know of a pet friendly place to stay in Lauderdale? The lab has refused to stay home ! BH

Marina Bay has some nice boat houses that are nice but it's 10 minutes off the strip.

Depends on the budget range, but for a moderately priced place, I like the Marina Marriott on S.E. 17th street, right next to Everglades Marina on the north side of the street. Its right before you go over the causeway bridge, and across the waterway/causeway from Pier 66.
