the cockpit / side scoops of that signiture look kinda like a magnum sport. wonder if it is some derivitive or splash. the finised hull isnt a bad looking boat either. anybody know anything about these things?
that cig has been through ebay a few times. that could be a neat piece to with alittle update on the graphics. |
Signature's were built next door to Cigarette and was one of the three most popular smuggling boats made. From what I read about them, they were really fast boats but to why they went out of business I don't know. The back of the boat looks almost identical to a magnum starfire. It had a very small cockpit and I don't think they had cabins for obvious reasons. It is just another one of those shady boat building plants from the late seventy's and early eighty's.
