Anyone have news on the F1 Lavey crash?
The F1 Lavey Craft spun in one turn.. then kept going and ejected the operators on the next turn.
The Gimbal was cracked and the drive was flopping around on the back of the boat like a dying fish...
They hauled the boat out and had it on the trailer. Then one of the guys said he was short of breath and then was taken by ambulance to the hospital. His team mate was not there when this happened.
I was just back at the "pits" cleaning up our display this morning... and their truck and boat had not moved since I saw it on Saturday night...
I hope everyone is OK...

Actually guys David has 2 fractured vertebrae and a partially collapsed lung. He's in Lauderdale having to go back to the hospital every few hours to have x-rays taken to see if the lung is expanding back on its own. If not, then the doctors have to expand it back for him. David is very sore but in good spirits. He can't fly home, so he'll be driving back with the boat later this week.
