Dan,
As one who has only paid for the privilege. I agree with your statement. Just one question. Who mentioned "professional racers"?
I need professional help for sure. And a check from this character Mills. Up front of course. SQ

Not to jump on the bandwagon with ya Steve, but what the hell I guess I am. hehe Mr Mills I am a member of two teams(Simply Awesome P5-66 and Xtreme Racing F1-1) and with the right financial consideration I can guarantee you at least one of them if not the second. I will accept the same terms of 50% up front with the balance due on a net 30. Please contact me if you are interested and I will get with my lawyer to draw up the contracts. As Steve put it, "smart business".
My email is: [email protected] and my number is 321-508-3077. Feel free to contact me at your convience.
Is this whats it like to be a boat ho? hmmm I kinda like this. Good idea Steve!!!

You a Ho.
By the way Mr. Mills. If you pay me, I'll shut up and race.

Honestly,
As a simple spectator - I would honestly watch the same group of Bayliners race at regular courses around the country with the same drivers. At least you'd know where to go for the race, and you would know that the team that you were rooting for would be there. There would be no issues of this team doesn't get along with this race promoter, etc. etc. and can't race at this venue.
There are a lot of us that could (and would) really become involved as fans if it were to warrant our time.

Frustrated fan, tired of the whining and the *****ing. I will also be in Key west for the non-races. Screw em all, I am going to have a good time regardless

Well, I'll be down there as usual, running around to the local watering holes; as usual, haveing a good time, and hey, if a boat race happens that'll be great, if it doesn't, oh well. I know I'll still have a great time seeing all my friends in the Florida Powerboat Club and playing in the Keys. I'm sorry that ya'll are so bitter about all this, but I'm really looking forward to going down there and having a great time.

Well we have finally reached Nirvana....... The time has come where one can't even tell what the issues are any more........
Not only do we have too many classes...... Now we have too many races, race sites, organizations, battles, political sides, and issues. This is s-o-o-o-o confusing even a lawyer couldn't choose sides.
T2x....amused....confused.. and saddened ....simultaneously
