As the Official Representative for the hastilly formed Official Amalgamated Sout' Floriduh Professional Scooter Racin' Union I need to get a few tings straight:
First of all, do we have da proper paid up to date racin' membership cards?
Do we have an officially approved starting time, date, place and course map?
Do we have an officially approved race fuel supplier?
Do we have an officially approved official approving everythin'?

Since we cannot expect any cooperation from the city or any other officials, what are we to do about the traffic lights during the actual race??? :eek: :eek:

Fuel must be provided by the shop that rents you the scooter. All scooters must be filled up in the designated fueling area of the rental shop, no exceptions. Any fuel spills must be reported to the appropriate officials. Any spilled drinks will result in a one lap penalty.
