My tahoe bit me.

Isn't it ironic, I put the rngine in my boat in a hurry at night friday, do a couple of side jobs yesterday and not a scratch. Than I run to the corner for smokes and slam my f**kin finger in the door of my truck.I didn't even know I did it till I started walking away from the truck and got stopped by my finger that I left in the truck. It looked pretty painfull, the door was all the way shut onmy finger right by the latch.I fumbled stupidly for my keys to unlock the door and finnaly pulled the handle to open the door.:eek:my finger exploded. O.K. theres the pain I was awaiting HOLY **** does that hurt. it actually bend the door skin. Talk about embarrassing the lady at the counter saw the whole thing. It looked like she was in more pain than me.:D The worst thing about it is I can't type.:D

I can relate! I snapped my finger when I jumped off the front of the trailer, and my finger was hung in a cleat. I heard it snap on the way down. This was five months ago. The finger is still bent today.:( If you look at my index finger in the pic, you can see I'm no stranger to busted fingers. That one was thirty years ago, and no, it doesn't bend.

maybe that Puders problem but he would have had his whole hand slammed in the door :D:D

JUSTONCE 10-21-2003 10:11 AM

I jumped off the boat once (on the trailer ) andwound up hanging a couple of inches off the ground. The cleat grabbed a belt loop on my jeans and wouldn't let go.:D:D

HyperBaja 10-21-2003 10:34 AM

I remember a story about a detroit guy who happened to get his new kevlar shorts stuck on a cleat while jumping off..... ;)

THRILLSEEKER 10-21-2003 10:46 AM

I have been bit by my props before while walking around the back of the boat on the trailer, CLEAVERS ARE A BIT#H!

My wife hung by her shorts from the bow cleat when we were beached once. LMAO

TRG Ange 10-21-2003 09:16 PM

JO, if you were nicer to the Tahoe it wouldn't do that sort of thing to you...

R Addiction 10-21-2003 09:22 PM

you want to hear something even funnier,
I swear to god if I didn't have bad luck I'd have none at all. Last night I was going home from my buddies house after a few pain pills and a couple of beers:D I put my jacket on real carefully so my finger wouldn't get caught on the inside of the sleeve and as I reached up and back to swing on the other arm WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP. Bad finger right into the fu*king ceiling fan. After freinds verifying that I just stuck my broke ass finger in a ceiling fan They just about laughed me out of the house.

TRG Ange 10-22-2003 08:57 AM

JO, you just can't get a break, can you? Other than bones that is. It might not be a bad idea for you to stay at home for a while...I hope the beer and the drugs had helped the pain issue. At least until you introduced your finger to the fan. You do know putting your coat on isn't supposed to be a contact sport, right? :D

JUSTONCE 10-22-2003 09:19 AM

10,000 comedians outy of work and your tryin to be funny. :D I think I'm just overdue. For all the chit I get into and walk away without a scratch it had to catch up sooner or later I guess.

TRG Ange 10-22-2003 09:33 AM

If that's the way it works, I might not make it through this week! I'm bound to break a leg, or an arm, or my neck even at any given moment. Maybe I should rethink the whole horseback riding thing this weekend. The way that dang horse likes to run, I might not make it out alive!

And hey, you might as well laugh at yourself, it appears everyone else is, right?

JUSTONCE 10-22-2003 09:38 AM

I'll never lose my sense of humor, its what gets me through life.

TRG Ange 10-22-2003 09:48 AM

Just think how boring life would be if we had to be serious all the time. And how many more comedians would be out of work, besides me... :D

Donzigerl 10-22-2003 09:49 AM

YEOUCH!

hey Just once, did ya bite the tahoe back?

Geeze.....stay away from ceiling fans why doncha!

Mr. Demeanor 10-22-2003 09:53 AM

I did the same thing on the first traffic stop I ever made when I graduated from the police academy. I thought my training oficer was going pee himself he was laughig so hard.

Airpacker 10-22-2003 01:56 PM
