OT: ha-ha-ha Turkish cable modem service

i waited quite long time to receive cable modem.finally by some how they came and installed .they broke the walls,f..ked the paint and put the wires where they shouldnt be.anyway i said i can fix them later.

512 k modem that they sold me is slower then phone line.it worked 3 days and modem is not working now.

they never answer the phones , by somehow i reached the company after my 999999999th try and his answer was.'we are very busy for the moment but will come sometime sometime to fix it'

Don't feel too alone. I have Comcast cable modem svc. here. Mine works, and it's fast, but if there is a problem, the customer service isn't any better than what you are getting in Turkey.
Cable companies suck.
