I don't think he knows the meaning of the word..

His stories and adventures, or is that mis-adventures were even MORE mind-boggling over there.

he was buying a 10m, and then it was that he got the o.k. from the wifey to buy a 47 apache, and countless other follies related to in his own words his pink stripe hooker barbie baja. Oh, well, live and learn...

The upgrades went great Kaama, thanks for asking. I estimate a 6-8mph improvement over the prior years 330hp setup. I did many things, but am certain your guidance on bore notching was instrumental. I did not have a gps last year, but estimate my speed was 60-62mph. This years high was 69.6mph on gps!! Some of that was switching prop rotation, but the engines run strong. I did loose a main bearing in the starboard engine after July 4th weekend, but I had a new crank in and running in 2 weeks. This winter it will be exhaust, carbs and flame arrestors. Any guidance there is welcome.

Dave

Scott, Yes this is true I was laid off, but the carbs work great.
I cant thank you enough for the helping hand.
As of late I have not been on either site much for the reason is im trying to find work instead.

I have appreciated everyones input to my problem child but the project is just about done, have dash to finish and paint the outside and im done.

I have never bad mouthed anyone on this site EVER.
I never plan to.
Yeah Chris, I had bought a "throw away" boat project and I knew that prior to purchasing it.
but she runs, she boogies and I used it last half of this summer and she ran like a champ every time I took it out.
Ike told me about this post and I am shocked that some of you said what you said.

For the record, I had planned on purchasing war Party before I got laid off. Then I had to readjust my plan based on income.

War Party is a 41 not a 47 Ike made me a deal I could not refuse.

After reading the replies to this post, I know now who my friends are.
few shots for the RECORD of my "P.O.S" as Chris put it

Best part is I built most of this with my own 2 hands and I take great pride in that.Welded my own dry exhaust, pulled engines and dropped them in (a few times) got the one gimbal up and working right, worked out the kinks in the shifter cables and steeringf cables all by myself and Im PROUD that I have a nice hot rod boat that looks as good as it runs.
I have worked very hard to get this thing sea worthy and I have accomplished that.
I am so sorry that some of you think that I asked too many questions on here, sorry
Scott, Too Old, Thank you very much

Jason
