As usual you were right, "Swap Shop" was owned and driven by Preston Henn....the boat ,as you know,was originally called "Streaker" # 9 .Those Bertrams were so cool!:cool: |
They were cool 92 mph full of fuel and around 95 light. Vincentive was one also. Boy could they Chine walk.

I remember "Vincentive" #26 ; very sharp black 38 ft Bertram campaigned by Vince Fasano and the legendary Sammy James in the early eighties.You guys competed against that boat in the original "Popeyes" #37, a 37.5ft Cigarette right??

???????? WHAT BOAT IS THIS????? looks stangely familiar. Haven't heard from Mike or Mark for years. I bet Denny Hejja would know. H just came to N.O. and bought the original Pan American Championship Winner the 30 ft Flight cat That Bill Sirois rigged. The boat was the original, not the original race. I had to qualify that or I WOULD be corrected.
