Default Potomac River

Does anyone know this boat and does the owner know that he's cover-boy for Pohick Bay Regional Park? I'm surprised that the tree-huggers from the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority put a go-fast on their home page.

I keep my boat at Pohick Bay and see that boat just about every weekend. Nice guy but I can't remember his name. I'm pretty sure he doesn't keep his boat at the park, he trailers it there and uses the ramp.

I think that boat used to come out of Tyme & Tide Marina. Is it named Quick Fix? Is it a '31? I haven't seen it in a few years. I may of known the previous owner. He must be one of those N. VA. boaters that never goes past Fairview.

(Webmaster from Pohick thinking to himself)

"hmmmm. . . let's see, I can put a small boring cruiser on the front page, or 1 of dem dare sexy sleek looking 'see-garr' boats. . . . ."

Looks like a mid 1990's 29 Scarab Thunder, nice boat.

If it's the boat I am thinking of it was a 92ish '31 with twin 300 bbc. I remember the guy saying that it was not incredibly fast. What I do remember most about this boat is that the guy had a REAL HOT wife. He was talking about selling the Scarab and getting a cruiser.

Not the same guy. I don't know about his wife but he told me that the boat has 502's in it
