Wow, when I see these prices, I feel damn lucky. In the city marina, $675 for the season (April 15--Oct 30) for a 12x28 slip that has shore power. Trailer storage is also included and you can keep the boat on the trailer when not in use. If you want a lift or cover for the slip, you can buy it yourself and have it installed. Only other service is a ramp and gas dock.

Of course, this is on the Missouri River, which is not exactly the boating capitol of the Midwest.

I pay $1400 a year for rack storage also includes work rack and unlimited in and out. It also includes dockage overnight. I put the boat in on Friday after work and don't take it out till Sunday evening. Plus it is nice to have a bar,restaurant at the marina!!
