2000.00 a year for outdoor storage in Iowa includes electricity and lift in and out unlimited. Winterizing, shrinkwrapping etc.... extra

1600 for the summer season here in Mid Michigan, 35 ft strip, which includes Electric and Water.

Wow, when I see these prices, I feel damn lucky. In the city marina, $675 for the season (April 15--Oct 30) for a 12x28 slip that has shore power. Trailer storage is also included and you can keep the boat on the trailer when not in use. If you want a lift or cover for the slip, you can buy it yourself and have it installed. Only other service is a ramp and gas dock.

Of course, this is on the Missouri River, which is not exactly the boating capitol of the Midwest.

I pay $1400 a year for rack storage also includes work rack and unlimited in and out. It also includes dockage overnight. I put the boat in on Friday after work and don't take it out till Sunday evening. Plus it is nice to have a bar,restaurant at the marina!!
