I give the President credit for not only going to Iraq, but also for CALLING TROOPS ALL OVER THE WORLD SINCE LAST NIGHT to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving. That is pretty amazing in and of itself.

Cat, I hope you're not serious making a statement like this. Do your homework. The military budget was decimated during the Clinton years. Especially the CIA budget. It's possible that this "penny wise pound foolish" attitude got us into the problems we face today.

Study your history. Read about folks like Stalin and Hitler. There is an old adage the those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

I got a call from my buddy who is there NOW he said the troops were going crazy all in the streets knowing he was there in person. I told him when he comes home I gotta show him this web site, we use to hang out all summer and party with our boats and soon we will be doing that again.

In that instance, the Secret Service takes over and does not take orders from the President (as it relates to where he will go and his protection). I guarantee you he said "Take me back to Washington" and the Secret Service said, "Sit your ass down cowboy. We'll take you where we damn well please until we know what the hell is going on." Can you imagine how different things would have been if the towers fell, the Pentagon got hit, then the President (and possibly the VP) were assassinated ??? Cat, as usual, you are factually inacurate. Clinton has made a career out of undermining the law, constitution, military and defense. He cut military spending and DOWNSIZED our military to alarming levels. This is all fact, not open to dispute. So......why you make such erronious statements on a regular basis is beyond the reasonable among us. I find it quite entertaining, to be honest.

GWB is the man and that was SUPER COOL what he did!! Not just balls, but class, respect, duty, honor and love. Say what you want, say it was political ( and it was in part) but that is about the coolest thing I have seen a President do in my lifetime and I am damn proud to have him as our Commander in Chief. As someone said above, atleast he has the balls to go after these thugs and finish the job...or he could just bomb an Asprin factory, cut military spending to alarming levels or run around lobbying for the disbanding of the internal combustion engine.....all things which have proved HIGHLY beneficial to our national security...
