One little screw up over a printer and your putting down DELL ?? If it took two years for you to check up on whether or not you were credited for the printer you returned, thats your fault..

IT JUST SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT RECENTLY............AND I NEVER RECIEVED IT. I REFUSED THE COMPUTER BEFORE TE UPS GUY TOOK IT OFF THE TRUCK..............OUT OF MY HANDS

we use all dell PC's, laptops, servers at work, some have probs of course, but overall I'm very pleased. Support has always been great when I needed it too. Sorry to hear about your troubles with them, hope you get that cleared up.

Hey, no offense meant, but just because you never accepted delivery didn't mean you weren't charged for it. you should have made sure you were credited for the FULL amount, thats all..
