Very sharp. Side exhaust? What's in it?

THEJOKER 12-04-2003 09:34 PM

Best looking 28 I've seen in a while. Nice job but be very safe. Too many crashes lately in small cats. Some lived to tell about it and some didn't. I've witnessed 1/4 canopies slash like a knife with an ejection back in 2000 - BH

The exhaust is our own, the mag's quoted having 632 CID motors. They are 585 and make 1,025HP, and yes they rock!

Sweet lookin' ride and trailer too. What kind of trailer is it? Any more close up shots of the boat to see more detail? BE CAREFUL!

SS930 12-05-2003 07:12 AM

Sweet!!! More pics! Can someone post the write-up from HB? Is the hull a splash or an original design? Deep tunnel or shallow? Pod? I NEED MORE INFO!!! :D

CBlakeNS 12-05-2003 07:23 AM

Fast Shafts 12-05-2003 07:36 AM

Great looking boat! I have a question, The steering wheel is on the port side, the photo on the other thread shows the speedometer on a red dash (on the starboard side), can the driver see the speedometer? Just curious.

I remember seeing those boats at the LA boat show. It was IMO the more memorable boat at the show. Very straite hull and great guys at the booth.

Bunch more pictures hear from the 2002 LA boat show. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...threadid=19274

What materials are used in the boat's construction?

What drives are those (they look Bravos on boxes but can't quite tell if they're aftermarket)? Do you have any pictures of the cockpit?

Caincando1 12-05-2003 12:06 PM

Any pics of the bottom?

Tim G. 12-05-2003 12:09 PM

You'd better be pointed in the right direction when you mash the sticks!
Great looking boat. It's got those little things that make your boat special. Congrats to you, and congrats to E Ticket for kicking out a nice unit!

The tri axle is a bit much though... That boat is probably only 5000 lbs.

mcollinstn 12-05-2003 12:10 PM

Cat.

Can't tell from only this pic, but it doesn't look like the drive casting has enough room in it for the rear gear in a 4x4. I'd say regular Extremes.

This thread should be called E-Ticket Cat pic, not E-Ticket Cat pics

Actually, it's 6760 Lbs. It needs what it has.

Great question. Our Boat is 100% our own design. NOT a splash from anyone. The front of the sponsons are Approx. 36" tall and 14" in the rear. Power Boat is testing this boat in Feb. and HB will do a full test as soon as I have time.
