OT: Cutoff year from "Man" to "Dude"
 

I hardly if ever post here on the general discusion show, but have found myself wondering what year the change from "hey man", "yo man" and just plain ole "man" converted to "duuuuuuude", "sup dude" and "word dude". I seem to be finding myself in fogeydom at year 38 and wondering wassuppp? Any help would be groovey :D

I think it is still going on. However my pet peeve is when some people carry on a converstaion and they repeat "YOU KNOW" Well I was walking down the street you know. And I see this truck coming you know. I hate that. Another one is "LIKE" You see this mostly from teenagers. "Like... what is your name? Like... What are you doing.
