land patents?
 

A good friend of mine owns an island..... long story short the county has said that the 4 cabins must be torn down because there was no permit.. some of these cabins are 20 years old and they won't give a new permit because it is on a flood plain. I have been told about a "land patent" and I guess that might be a way around it?? anyone know anyother loopholes? we need to save our party spot.. the island website is www.lsisland.com Thanks Scott
