We have everything to thank these vets for. I think as I've gotten older I've really appreciated what they've done certainly more than when I was younger. You grow up watching Chuck Norris single handedly wiping out the enemy and you don't really have the idea of what the real soldiers went through. As I've met and talked with men who fought in wars and watched movies like Saving Private Ryan, you suddenly realize what a commitment these men made for our country. I think those of us (like myself) who have never had to fight owe these guys a HUGE amount of respect. Thanks to them we can go about our day to day lives that we take so for granted.

The front page of today's official Float Ladadah paper, the estimable "Sun Sentinel" covers: the east coast snowstorm and a special "32 page" section on Haiti's problems!
There is a very small mention of the jap attack on Hawaii somewhere in the paper, in a rather invisible section of this rag!
If it wasn't for our military out there , we would all be speaking japanese or german or all be muisllims by now!(intentionally not capitalized and/or misspelled, to show disrespect! :p
God bless all of our military!
