Thumbs up When you know you have TOO MUCH HORSEPOWER??

You know you have TOO MUCH horsepower in your boat when ....

Johnny Tomlin-son wants to barrow your boat to run in the PX class

You peg out the water cops DB meter

Your significant other want ride in the boat with you

Your afraid to drive your own boat

You spend more on synthetic oil a month than on food

You boat insurance is more that your house payment

You look in the water cops boat and see a picture of your boat on the dash

You have your own race gas storage tank at the house

Your mechanic names the new wing of his shop after you

You remove the $ 3500. stereo to save weight (could not hear it any way)

Your banned on most small lakes

You get a anonymous phone call asking if you would be interested in running against Callan marine in PX_T

Your face looks like you are riding a NASA centrifuge when you drive the boat

You tell your buddies to wear a helmet and a parachute if they want to ride

There is no possible way you can sneak out of the harbor at 6.00am

Your pet scrambles when it hears your fuel pumps turn on

Family photos throughout the house are replaced with picts of the boat

You carry ear plugs in bulk in the boat

Your exhaust pipes are larger that your sewer pipes at your house

Your fuel pumps flow enough to be bilge pumps

Anything over 150mph everything loose gets suck out of the cockpit

Your compression's high enough to be a diesel

You measure fuel mileage in gallons per minute

You set off car alarms on the bank

Your boat rocks from side to side from the blower surge

You cant get life insurance

The hull manufacture said you exceeded the limits of the hull

You have ripped the stringer out of the bottom of the boat from the torque

There is so much exhaust coming out the rear of the boat ,its pushing you 2 mph

You have exceeded the horse power limit of the hull -times 4

I had not realized that the "too much" limit had ever been reached. Very good points, or measuring "bars" however......

I would like to see a boat like that, maybe one of those Ken Warby boats or something.
