Surveyor in Houston area

Does any one have a name of a good surveyor in the Houston area. I have a friend that is looking at a 98 or 99 Baja 38 Special bank repo for a smoking deal. He lives in NY and needs the boat looked at ASAP. The bank wants the boat gone by the end of the week !!!
